The Applied Sensory Olive Oil Taste Panel is accredited by the American Oil Chemists' Society (AOCS) and has been recognized by the International Olive Council (IOC).
The panel is administered by Sue Langstaff who is co-author of the book "Olive Oil Sensory Science," creator of "The Defects Wheel for Olive Oil" and a world-renowned olive oil judge and sensory educator.
